Very good communication skills & English speaking skills BSC/BA/BCom/BE/BTech/MCA/BCA Experience in customer care is an added advantage Knowledge of IT related technologies is an added advantage Ability to work under pressure Should be target oriented and customer friendly and service oriented Flexibility to learn new sales concepts on the job   Job Description: Respond to course enquiries via phone and email Giving career guidance to students Good convincing skills Maintain good rapport with students.
